Slow Flow & Deep Breath Yoga with Kari – Elemental Series

About the Class:
Join Kari on Saturday mornings at Venga for a slow Vinyasa yoga flow. Each class will be presented through the lens of a particular element and adapted to the energy present; bringing in aspects of breath work, meditation and Tai Chi.
About the Teacher:
Kari is originally from Western Australia and has traveled extensively throughout the world. Her curiosities have taken her down many beautiful rabbit holes with various studies in Positive Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Vinyasa Yoga, Reiki & Tai Chi. Her classes have become a fusion of all of these modalities with the simple intention to have fun.
