Community Mindfulness Circle at Venga!

Join us at Venga on Sundays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm for a community mindfulness circle!
This circle welcomes everyone no matter their background or “experience level” in meditation or mindfulness practice. Those who are new to mindfulness are encouraged to participate and those who already have a mindfulness practice will find a supportive community to help sustain and further develop that practice.
This is NOT a 1-hour seated meditation session. Each week we will explore diverse forms of mindfulness practice and engage in reflection & group discussion. Instruction will be provided before each practice. Longer community sits can be arranged for those who are interested.
Each mindfulness circle will be unique and our experiences and conversations will be dependent upon who shows up and contributes. If you’re interested in what this might feel like you’re encouraged to join us as it’s best understood experientially.
This circle is donation based and no donation is required to attend.
