Aerial Yoga is performed in a silky- nylon fabric which is suspended in the air to support your full body weight. It combines Acrobatic arts and Anti-gravity yoga postures with moves inspired by Pilates and Dance. It builds on core strength, flexibility and safe alignment in your poses. Our 90 minute classes are guided by former Cirque Du Soleil Artist Michelle Wuthrich. Michelle’s ambition is to offer a safe practice that sparks joy and confidence while working on the subtle energies and muscles in the body and mind. Our classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners.
